The NJASK ....... ahhhh

For once I actually got through the NJASK fast. It was really easy there were was some things that were hard but I thought back or took an educated guess on how to do it and went to the next question. The language arts and literacy went fast for me there was nothing we hadn't got through in class like almost every type of essay ever , open-ended responses and multiple choice after reading a story or passage thanks to the best English teacher Ms.Patalano <3 and a little help from Miss Caroll <3. Besides the language arts and literacy part the NJASK was fairly easy. There were some things in the mathematics section that we hadn't gone over. This year I enjoyed the NJASK and I hope it's easy like this next year for me. Overall the NJASK this year I feel confident in my work and I know i puut my best foot forward with anything I was stuck on. :)))))))))))))))))

What i Learned from the College Unit !

What I learned from the college unit is that it is not that easy to become and adult you start to have responsibilities. Not only that but you need to know everything you want to be and be ready for it. Truthfully I loved this unit its was like taking a fast forward walk down the path of almost adulthood.Some of the stuff I learned is that you must prepared . My favorite part was the interview even though I was nervously anxious about to pass out and stumbled my teacher forgot to give my the water where if you don't know the answer you SIP NOT GULP which I did NOT have. I had a lot of fun during this unit. Things I learned you should have to find a college or major is Coin3.com that was very helpful to me in different ways. Also I  liked the way we had 4 periods to work on what we did not do that helped plus I had teacher help and friend talk. This College/ Career Unit Was fun and it prepared me to know what I need when I get there someday if I remember ! Well Bye !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

       My College Essay

Someone that is influential to me and made me the woman I am today is my grandmother, Ruby Lombardo. She is a smart and wise woman and she always tells me what to do when I need help. Although her life hasn’t been easy, she has always worked it out and got through it both of us together. I admire her very much and I will always be there for her. This is why my grandmother is a magnificent influence to me. I look up to my grandmother in three ways one is that she is a success such as she has a 4 license’s Bail Bonds, Commercial Licensed Driver (CDL), Real Estate and a Notary License and she has them because when she is determined to do something she does it. Second I she was always there for me when I needed her such as she is helping to pay my college tuition she has risked a lot for me. The last way I she influences me is no matter what kind of predicament she is in she always seems to get out and make it all right, we both do rough patches only make us stronger. Together we make a great team. Last she is so generous she would always buy stuff and then give to others who needed, one time she had got a call from one of her friends from a long time ago and the woman was crying because she and her kids had been robbed left with nothing so my grandmother and I went through her closet took out what she did not want or need and went to her house and gave it to her and
$250 for her kids. My grandmother is a good person she has her moments but I have spent most of my childhood at her house and she would always spoil me. Even until today I appreciate all she has done for me. My grandmother is my influence and I am proud.

Technology Today Good Or Bad !

I think technology today is interfering with learning these days because some students are being suspended for using cell phones or ipods during school which get them in trouble. Also technology is good because in case of emergency someone forgets there homework or something important they can call instant message text etc. someone and get there work done then some copy of each others work. Technology can effect people's sleep because they are on the computer or texting til late than they fall asleep during class or wake up late and miss the bus or don't eat breakfast. I also observed it's harmful because people are paying attention to their electronic devices not focusing on what or where they are going and then injured such as tripping or falling maybe even getting hit by a car, I believe people should pay less attention to there electronics and focus on what they are doing until they are in a safe enviroment. From my point of view technology is good and bad considering how you decide to use it.

What Miss Caroll Should Know About Me !

Soo Miss Caroll there is alot to say about me but i'll tell you the basics. My hobbies are writing , dancing ,and texting. I Talk alot durinq class and don't really focus. I am a good kid i'm funny and goofy. Homework is not my thing. My Favorite Food Is Frijoles and my favorite snack i Poptarts. Besides that i'm a good person. Also , during the summer I volunteer at my brothers daycare called Kids Come First I love to work with children except my little brother can't stand him. Hope I get to know you better and have a good time together. !!!!!!

Gianna's New Year's Resolutions

Every year on the first of January people are expected to make New Year’s Resolutions like goals. Goals that you can accomplish at least. My Top New Year’s Goal is to be a better person by being a better friend, student, daughter I decided to this because I want to change the way I conduct myself in front and to others including my elders. My decision of becoming a better daughter to my parents is by listening, helping by doing my chores and taking care of my little brother. Also I decided to change the way I am in school to be a better student because I need to focus more, participate, and do my assignments assigned. The reason I decided to be a better friend is because I enjoy giving advice, helping out others, and being right by there side. I know if I try my best I can definitely accomplish my goal of being a better person for and to others and myself. This year on the first of January I was expected to make a New Year’s Resolution That I can accomplish and I did.
