My First Accident

Today was my first accident ever I was on my bus on my fourth day of school at Herbert Hoover Middle School and as usual we were all talking yelling having fun when I had a feeeling something was gonna happen. I sat straight looking forward pulled my seatbelt tight and I looked out the front window there was a long backup of traffic on rt. 287 and the bus would not stop as fast as it should have as my bus driver was swirving side to side trying to not collide with any other vehicles she tried to go through the middle of both lanes "BOOM" as everyone’s heads went forward and back traumatized the bus was quiet in the middle of rt.287 sideways blocking lanes two other car on the dividers of each side. After a few seconds everyon looked around checking what happened. All the cars were going around us. The bus driver shouted "Is Everybody ok" Silence with few answers. The bus grew louder. 25 min. later the bus driver pulled over to the grass. The New Jersey State Police arrived after 1 hr. and 45 min. asking every child their information. Minutes later the Principal Mr. Figeroa , Ms. Rappa the Vice-Principal and the School Nurse Ms. Martinez. The School Nurse went up the row checking if everyone was ok. Another bus came and we loaded we all were driven to school and we all had to go to the cafeteria for one more checking. Me and 3 other kids were had minor injuries. I had a bad headache. I went back to class and then my regular day began.
